Privacy policy — The Little Ones’ Garden

Last updated: November 5, 2026 (version 2.6.1).

In short: the game does not collect any personal data. No account, no ads, no analytics tools, no microphone, no camera, no location. Progress and drawings stay on the child’s device and are never sent anywhere.

1. Who publishes the game

Jason Dupisson, sole proprietor (Fyzarom), SIRET 101 813 582 00018.
Address: 39 rue Maurice Faure, 26140 Anneyron, France
Contact: contact@fyzarom.com · +33 6 99 58 50 87

2. What is saved, and where

So that the child can find their garden again, the game saves a little information only on the device (local storage of the browser or the app). It never leaves the device.

InformationWhyHow long
Settings (difficulty, sounds, voice, help, gentle break)To adapt the gameUntil erased
Progress: rounds in progress, flowers, garden friends, tutorials seen, story pages, favoritesTo pick up where the child left offUntil erased
Coloring drawings (images)To display the paintings in the barnUntil erased (up to 24 paintings per child)
Weekly log (game, date, number of hints)To inform the parent, without gradingThe last 300 rounds
Parent code (encrypted fingerprint)To keep the child from changing the settingsUntil changed
Character chosen for each child (bee, ant, Kassou, Gabi or Pompon)To keep several children’s gardens separateUntil the profile is deleted
Stickers earned and daily path (games played today)To show the child their progressUntil erased
Game languageTo display the game in the chosen languageUntil changed
Purchase of the “full garden” (yes or no), Android appTo open all the games without asking Google Play again every timeUntil the app is uninstalled

Backup copy: from the parent area, you can save a copy of the garden to a file (to switch devices). This file is only created if you ask for it, and it is stored wherever you choose (phone, computer, or the sharing app of your choice). The game itself never sends it anywhere.

No first name, age, date of birth, email address or photo is requested.

Device voice: when an instruction has no recorded voice, the game can have it read by the device’s built-in text-to-speech (“Device voice as a backup” setting in the parent area). The game only uses voices installed on the device. The text read aloud is the game’s instruction: it contains no information about the child.

Writing to us: in the parent area, the “Report a bug” and “Suggest an idea” buttons open your email app with a ready-to-complete message. It includes the game version, its language and the type of device, nothing about the child. The game itself sends nothing: you choose whether to send the message. We then receive your email address and your message, used only to reply to you and improve the game, and deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange.

3. How to erase everything

In the parent area: “Start this child’s garden over” or delete a profile. You can also clear the site’s data in your browser, or uninstall the app.

4. What the game does not do

5. Hosting and download

Web version: like any website, the hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and to keep the service running properly, for a limited time. These logs are not used to track players.

Android app: downloading and purchasing go through Google Play, which processes some data under its own privacy policy. The game itself does not transmit anything.

6. Children

The game is designed for children aged 3 to 5, to be used with an adult. Settings, external links and data deletion are restricted to the parent area.

7. Your rights

The game sends no data to the publisher. If you have written to us, you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your messages. For any questions: contact@fyzarom.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr). If you live in another EU or EEA country, you can also contact your own national data protection authority.

8. In-app purchase (Android app)

The app is free with 4 games and 3 stories. A one-time purchase, “The full garden”, opens everything else. It takes place only in the Google Play window, behind the parent code: the game never sees or stores any payment data. It only asks Google Play whether the purchase has been made.

9. Changes

If the way the game works changes, this page will be updated, with its new date, before the new version is released.
